At a young age, Drew had a passion for real estate. Watching his parents and grandparents successfully invest in real estate fueled his desire to be a Realtor and real estate investor.

Throughout high school, Drew worked for a mortgage company learning the financial aspect of the home purchase transaction.

Fresh out of college, Drew began a 15 year banking career working as a loan officer, branch manager, and eventually the head of retail and marketing division at a local bank. He acquired hands on experience with the front and back end of the real estate process. There, he had the opportunity to work with many local real estate investors and was eager to learn from their expertise.

In 2010 Drew decided he wanted to do more with his career. He enrolled in real estate classes and one month later he was flipping and selling his first property as a licensed Realtor.

Over the last 6 years Drew has helped multiple clients navigate through the home purchase and selling process. He has provided his clients with superb banking and financing information through his strong negotiation and knowledge of the business.

In 2016 Drew received his Broker’s license. He is now the owner and lead Broker of Perkins Realty Group. In addition, Drew has grown his portfolio of rental homes and commercial properties. He understands the process on a personal level.

Drew is married and has two young children. Max (4) and Kate (2) who love to hear about the homes “daddy” is selling. Oh, and when he is not talking real estate you can find him on his mountain bike in any of the wonderful parks this city has to offer.

Drew’s love for real estate makes him eager and willing to go the distance for his clients to get the best possible deal. He understands the needs of the people he serves.
